Save with PCE Service Bank
Your shop makes an investment at your preferred service bank benefit level. The balance does not expire and behaves like a savings account.
Any service calls (or service parts orders) will be billed at the prevailing tier pricing schedule based on your level of investment.
There will be no charges due upon completion of a work order (or service parts order), rather the invoiced work order will decrement your original invested Service Bank Tier. You can re-invest at any time and at any level to continue the pricing and benefits of the various tiers

Can I purchase a Service Bank Tier level and have it apply to past work orders?
No, all discounts, pricing and benefits only take effect after the date the Service Bank Tier is purchased.
Does this service contract apply to all my equipment, or just my Chief equipment?
PCE primarily offers service and parts for Chief manufactured equipment, but if you have other brands of equipment we may be able to offer service and parts if they are out of their original manufacturer’s warranty. Discuss what other brands you may want covered with your sales rep. to see if they can be included.
What’s included in the Equipment Inspections?
A PCE technician will did an operational test of each piece of equipment to identify it is functioning properly and efficiently.
